PURPOSE:To adjust the azimuth angle of the head by providing a roller so as to be moved at the lower part of a couple of adjusting screws, pressing the roller into contact onto the lower part of the adjusting screws thereby moving vertically the other end of a support. CONSTITUTION:Two rollers 68, 69 are provided so as to be rolled on a base 67. The roller 8 rides on the base 67 when the magnetic tape 42 runs in the direction of arrow F to be formed as the adjusting base for the adjusting screw 85 and the roller 69 rides on the base when the magnetic tape 42 runs in the direction of arrow R and the base is the adjusting base for the screw 86. The two rollers 68, 69 are provided because the sliding operation is made smooth by the turning of the rollers 68, 69 to reduce the wear at the sliding parts.
