PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and light weight by providing respectively an orthogonal 3-axis moving means for an objectivelens comprising a control coil and a magnetic circuit to each 3-axis and driving the 3 axes while a collimator optical axis and an objective lens optical axis are not deviated. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed current flows to tracking control coils 24,24 in a prescribed direction, a force moving the coils 24,24 inserted in a tracking control magnetic circuit in a horizontal light axis F is exerted and a support 15 is moved in a direction along guide shafts 14, 14. A prescribed current flows to a focus control coil 25 in a prescribed direction, a force moving upward the coil 25 inserted in a focus control magnetic circuit is exerted and an objective lens holder 20 is moved upward. A prescribed current flows to jitter control coils 26,26 in a prescribed direction, a force moving the coils 26, 26 inserted in the jitter control magnetic circuit in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the radial direction of a disc D is exerted, the objective lens holder 20 is moved in the direction of jitter, then the objective lens is controlled in the orthogonal 3-axis direction.
