The invention relates to the decoration of crystal or glass objects with enamels, usually cloisonné and crazed. This decoration is obtained chiefly by means of enamelled cores or supports 4 incorporated within the crystal in such a way that the enamels 6 are embedded in it and can be seen through it. These enamels are not exposed to the risks of cracking and other deterioration. This type of decoration applies, therefore, but not exclusively, to such objects as are commonly made of crystal or glass. <IMAGE>
