PURPOSE:To obtain the titled black-colored composition of high performance in gloss, releasability and weatherability, by incorporating polyethylene with a crosslinking agent such as bis (t-alkylperoxy)alkane, specific crosslinking auxiliary and carbon black. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of polyethylene with a MI >=5g/10min pref. 10-30g/10min with (B) 0.1-5pts.wt. of a crosslinking agent consisting of bis (t-alkylperoxy)alkane of formula I (n is 1 or 2; R is tertiary alkyl; R' and R'' are each hydrocarbon group or alkylene connected for forming cycloalkylene) and/or bis (t-alkyl peroxy)benzene of formula II, (C) such an amount of at least one kind of crosslinking accelerator including 1,2-polybutadiene and triallyl(iso)cyanurate as to be 0.5-5wt. times that of the component (B) and (D) such an amount of carbon black with an average size 40-200mmu and pH6-9 as to be 0.3-3wt% based on the component (A). |
