PURPOSE:To obtain a deviation detector without error with low cost by constituting the detector that a deviation is detected by having only to supervise an output change of a counter. CONSTITUTION:The counter 2 counts always an output from a pulse generator 1. At first an output from the counter 2 is subtracted by a subtractor 3 from an output value from a counter 9 storing the preceding value and a deviation is outputted. The deviation output is subjected to absolute processing by an absolute value generator 4, and this value is compared by a comparator 6 with a compared value 21 giving a central position of the maximum capacity of the counter 2. Thus,the counter 2 discriminates that a change reaching a minimum value in excess of a maximum value takes place, conversely a change reaching a maximum value in excess of a minimum value, or no change exists. On the other hand, the comparison value 21 and the output value of the counter 2 are compared by a comparator 5 to discriminate whether the count of the counter 2 is toward the maximum value or the minimum value from the center value. |
