PURPOSE:To easily remove defective piles by a method in which a breaker whose tip is attached to the lower end of its stirring rod is penetrated into the hollow of a defective pile to break and stir concrete, and reinforcing bars, etc., are removed. CONSTITUTION:The tip 2 of breaker, consisting of a claw 2a for crushing a pile and a penetration guide for the hollow the pile, is provided to the lower end of a stirring rod 1 with a stirring blade 1a to form a breaker A. The tip 2 of the breaker is set on the head of a defective concrete pile B, and the pile B is broken by the claw 2a while guiding the center of the pile with the guide 2b, and the broken pieces are stirred by the rod 1. The breaker A is pulled up after being advanced to the tip of the pile, and cement milk is injected from a discharge port 2c when pulling up the breaker A as needed. Reinforcing bars, PC steel wires, etc., entangled with the stirring blade 1a, etc., are cut off by gas for removal. |
