PURPOSE:To provide the titled agent having long-term rust-resisting effect even in coastal region, comprising methoxy group-contg. ambient temperature- curable silicon resin and specific organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:The objective agent consisting mainly of (A) a methoxy group- contg. ambient temperature-curable silicon resin and (B) an organic solvent with a surface tension <=30 dynes at 20 deg.C (e.g. 1,1,1-trichloroethane). The volume ratio (A)/(B) is pref. 2-20/80-98.
