摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To alter clutch clamping timing in response to the operating amount of an accelerator pedal as well as to solve a problem of all drawbacks due to instability in a slow pace of the clamping timing, by controlling the clamping pressure according to an integration value of an engine output equivalent signal. CONSTITUTION:A signal (s) showing the starting time of an automatic transmission is gradually heightened in controlling the clamping pressure of a clutch via a clamping control valve 3 by means of input from an input sensor 5 after a control signal (c) corresponding to an integration value of an engine output equivalent signal (e) is outputted to an actuator 4 from a controlling device 6. That is to say, at the time of transmitting the signal, in the case where the operating amount of an accelerator pedal is large (engine output is large), clamping of a transmitting clutch 1 is hastened. Likewise, in the case where the operating amount of the accelerator pedal is small (engine output is small), the clamping of the transmitting clutch 1 is delayed to some extent. In consequence, a clamping shock due to instability in a slow pace of clutch clamping timing is eliminable.</p>
