PURPOSE:To prevent organisms from attaching themselves to an adhesion preventing position, by bonding a hydrous gel composite sheet wherein a hydrous gel layer is formed on one side of a substrate sheet and a specific adhesive layer curable in water is formed on the other to the adhesion preventing position of the organisms in water while laying the hydrous gel layer toward outside. CONSTITUTION:A hydrous composite sheet wherein a hydrous gel layer is formed on one side of a substrate sheet and an adhesive layer curable in water, having strong adhesiveness to the hydrous gel layer, consisting of an epoxy resin composition curable in water which comprises a nonalicyclic epoxy resin having >=1.7 epoxy groups per molecule on the average, a curing agent comprising a polyamine such as isophorone diamine, etc., as a main component and an inorganic filler having >=3.0 specific gravity as essential components, and has >=1.2 specific gravity and 10-3,000 poise viscosity at initial blending period at 20 deg.C is formed on the other is bonded to a position which prevents organisms in water from attaching themselves to the position in a state in which the hydrous gel is laid toward outside. EFFECT:Coating operation is made possible on the opposite side of a substrate sheet even in water. |
