PURPOSE:To prevent the filter surface from clogging due to snow by a constitution in which a damper is disposed to separate the filter from the outside air intake in respective chambers in which hot air is supplied to melt the snow. CONSTITUTION:The space between the louver 2 attached to the outside air intake 1a and the bag type filter 4 is divided into the upper chamber 21a and lower chamber 21b by a separator 20 that is parallel to the air flow, where dampers 22a, 22b are respectively disposed which when closed, separate the bag type filter 4 side from the louver 4 side. By opening air circulation dampers 25a, 25b, hot air from a fan 8 is supplied to the chambers 21a, 21b to melt and remove the snow stuck to the surface of the bag type filter 4. In this manner, the filter clogging as well as filter freezing can be prevented so as to improve the reliability of the whole system.
