The present invention relates to a tool for unblocking shackles. This tool comprises an elongate channel-shaped element 2, constituting a female shackle-opening device securely fastened to a handle 1 and producing a housing for a punch-shaped element 3 constituting a male shackle-opening device mounted pivotably by means of a pin 8 in the channel-shaped element 2. Such a tool especially allows the opening of shackles equipped with a pin which can be manoeuvred by one end comprising a fiddle-shaped orifice or solid part. <IMAGE>
