PURPOSE:To make it possible to apply a heat insulating layer which has high heat insulation effect to the captioned heat insulating structure, with simplicity, by forming sheilding space with a sheet material facing the suface of the base body of the heat insulating structure and forming the heat insulating layer by means of filling this shielding space with heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:Maintenance space 7 is continuously formed between the side walls 12, 22 of an inner vessel 1 and an outer vessel 2, and heat-proof barrier 4 is installed on the whole region of the inner periphery of the sidfe wall 22. Next, a sheet material 15 is arranged on the side wall 22 in the maintenance space 7. After the sheet material 15 is installed to the predetermined height, a heat insulating layer D3 is formed by foaming a foam-insulating material on the spot between the sheet material and the side walls. The heat insulating layer D3 is well stuck to the heat-proof barrier 4 and the sheet material 5 so as to form a monilithic construction. |
