PURPOSE:To provide a stack mold molding machine which is capable of performing molding while a leak of molten plastic is prevented without providing a valve mechanism for prevention of the leak, by so constituting the titled machine that it is shifted along with an injection unit in a mold clamping direction by resisting against the pressing force of an injection nozzle for a sprue. CONSTITUTION:When a cavity block 5a on a mold clamping side is moved in a mold breaking direction and an injection unit 4 is moved in the mold breaking direction, a runner block 2 is moved also in the mold breaking direction by the pressing force of an injection nozzle 3 to be applied to a sprue 1 and a parting face 6b on a nozzle side is opened. In the meantime, as pressure welding of the injection nozzle 3 to the sprue has been performed to move the runner block 2 by pressing the sprue 1, there is no fear that molten plastic in the injection nozzle 3 and the sprue 1 leaks out. When the runner block 2 is pressed by moving the cavity block 5a on the mold clamping side in the mold breaking direction, the injection unit 4 and runner block 2 are moved in the mold clamping direction by resisting against the pressing force of the injection nozzle 3 for the sprue and it is possible to perform mold clamping while pressure welding between the sprue 1 and injection nozzle 3 is kept as it is. |
