PURPOSE:To continuously carry out press-fitting and bolt fastening works by one apparatus by arranging in parallel the screw factening units having a socket which contacts with a bolt in precedence with a press fitting head, onto a movable member having the press-fitting head. CONSTITUTION:A press-fitting head 2 consists of a guide cylinder 2a fixedly installed onto the lower part of a movable member 3, head body 2b which is freely inserted into the guide cylinder 2a and projectingly installed in the lower part, and a compression spring 2c compression-fitted between the guide cylinder 2a and the head body 2b. A plurality of screw fastening units 4 are installed downwardly onto the lower part of the movable member 3 so as to be positioned directly over each bolt hole 9a of a gear case 9 set onto an assembly board 6a. A socket 4a for the fitting onto the head 7a of a bolt 7 is installed at the lower edge of the screw fastening unit 4, and said socket 4a is urged downwardly by a compression spring 4b.
