The device comprises fastening and tensioning elements for fixators used in surgical orthopaedics and accident surgery, especially the annular fixators which are made manoeuvrable by pivoting bearings. At the same time, non-slipping sleeve-shaped tensioning forceps are used to fasten the bone-fixing wire elements and any pivoting bearings of the ring-rod connections. The configuration, according to the invention, and the constellation integrating the elements concentrically also represent an adaptation, according to the invention, of the device for the maneouvring dynamisation and measurability of the tension values applied, the device according to the invention offering the adaptability of torque measuring instruments.
