PURPOSE:To permit to manufacture the composite board continuously in high speed by a method wherein an expanded synthetic resin sheet, having specified softness (transversal) and the value of number of breakage (transversal), is supplied to a corrugate machine and is bonded to corrugate paper having a liner. CONSTITUTION:The expanded synthetic resin sheet, having expanding magnification of 5-50X, thickness of 0.5-10mm, transversal softness of 200-45,000mg and transversal value of number of breakage of 500 times or more, is supplied continuously to the corrugate machine to manufacture the composite board continuously by bonding it to the corrugate paper having the liner. The expanded synthetic resin sheet, employed for this method, is provided with above- described characteristics, therefore, it can run through the complicated paths of the corrugate machine having rollers, whose diameters are 30-160mm, smoothly and whereby the composite board may be manufactured continuously. |
