PURPOSE:To enable the titled sample to be produced so as to have the shape and color equal to those of the standard bovine by a method in which only fat crossing part is transferred to a female mold made of soft polyester, and further the silicon resin color-matched to the bovine color is caused to flow thereinto and is solidified. CONSTITUTION:The texture of roast core surface is set up in a female mold 8 with silicon resin, and a male mold 9 is made with silicon resin at the size of the roast core of full sized photograph and at about 1cm thickness. Further a female mold 10 for the male mold 9 is made of soft polyester. The silicon resin preliminarily prepared into bovine color and mixed with 10wt% ethylol (1:3 by volum ratio), and further compounded with curing agent and cure accelerating agent, is caused to flow into the male mold 7 made of impressing agent. Only fat crossing part thereof is transferred to the female mold 10 made of soft polyester, and further the silicon resin color-matched to bovine color with pigment is caused to flow thereinto and is solidified, thereby producing the sample 13 for stand and fat crossing of bovine. |
