发明名称 SHAPE CONTROL METHOD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable the shape control of high response and high accuracy without the time delay in a detecting group by performing the shape control of a material to be rolled by detecting the lug elongation and center elongation from the speed of the material to be rolled at an outlet side of a rolling roll. CONSTITUTION:Speed detecting devices 7A, 7C detect the speed of both edge parts of the material 1 to be rolled at the outlet side of a rolling roll 2 and the speed detecting device 7B detects the speed of the center part. A rolling load detecting device 4 detects respectively the rolling load at the driving side and the rolling load at the driven side. The shape control device 5 operates the roll bending correction quantity of the driving and driven side by the equation from the detected value from said rolling load detected value and the speed of the material 1 to be rolled which are inputted into the device 5. This operated value is given respoectively to the roll bending device 3 at the driving side and driven side, the rolling load of the rolling roll 2 is adjusted so as to eliminate the speed difference among the speed at the center part of the material 1 to be rolled, the speed at both edge parts and the rolling roll outlet side speed at the end part of the driven side of the material to be rolled and the shape of the material 1 to be rolled is controlled.</p>
