<p>PURPOSE:To perform a stable operation and to prevent the decrease of an absorption capacity by heating a line discharging an excess absorbing liquid, an apparatus and an instrument attached thereto, maintaining the absorbing liquid at about 60 deg.C and furthermore replenishing a fresh absorbent to regulate the pH. CONSTITUTION:SOX incorporated in an exhaust gas 1 is absorbed with a absorbing liquid used with Mg(OH)2 and one part of the liquid is circulated through a circulation vessel 3 and the other part thereof is sent to an oxidizing device 5 and air 6 is blown therein and thereby it is taken out as MgSO4 to the outside of a system. The line discharging the liquid to the oxidizing device 5 from the circulation vessel 3 is lagged at about 60 deg.C to prevent the generation of the coarse crystal of MgSO3.6H2O. Also in order to prevent the decrease of the absorption capacity of SO2, a fresh adsorbent is added and replenished to the absorption system to regulate the pH to the range of 6-7.</p> |
