The invention relates to an arrangement having an optical stereoscope with an additional computer-controlled video terminal for fading a video representation into the photogram stereo model using two principal beam paths emanating from two photograms and a subsidiary beam path emanating from one video terminal, the principal beam paths and the subsidiary beam path consisting of mechanical and optical components which are used to form the beam paths and for observation by an observer, and permit modifications of the image, in particular changes of the image size. The object of the invention is to construct an arrangement of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that the exploitation of the possibilities of stereoscopic superimposition can be guaranteed. The solution is characterised in that the subsidiary beam path is split by means of a semitransmitting, specular surface into two branch beam paths which are united in each case with the principal beam paths via further specular surfaces and semitransmitting specular surfaces, selective optical devices being situated in the branch beam paths and in the subsidiary beam path.
