The spray gun nozzle connects to a compressed air supply and has a holder for a pen or inking pen. This brings the pen tip into the path of the nozzle jet, the pen and nozzle axes forming an acute angle. The holder adapts to pens (3) varying in outside dia. and pref. has a contact surface (13) for the pen exterior. A clamp (16, 20) can be located at varying distances from the contact surface and engaged with the pen (3). The clamp pref. adjusts at right angles to the nozzle axis (44). USE/ADVANTAGE - Spray coating, e.g. inking by fibre pen and air jet. The holder can take all sizes of pen, using a clamp to hold the pen and adjust the tip attitude to the nozzle jet as required.
