<p>PURPOSE:To supply the same voltage as turning-on of Acc power to VDD until discriminating conditions of a CE low level input voltage are satisfied, by connecting a series circuit consisting of a resistance and a diode to a delay circuit. CONSTITUTION:Though Acc power is turned off, a transistor TR Q604 is turned on for a while because the capacity of an electrolytic capacitor in a power IC part is large. As the result, TRs Q605 and Q603 are turned on, and a voltage is supplied to the VDD terminal of a control circuit 1 from the emitter of the TR Q603 through a resistance R604 and a diode D607. The voltage holding time of the TR Q603 is about 10 seconds, and the time when the voltage remains in the CE terminal after turnoff of Acc power is about 250msec even when the electrolytic capacitor of about 500muF is connected to an Acc line, and thus, data loss of the control circuit 1 is avoided sufficiently.</p> |
