The insertion body can be exchanged whenever the bristles show signs of wear. The body of the toothbrush is therefore retained. The decisive point is that dental hygiene is not only better than with the conventional toothbrushes but that it also differs from this, and this fact represents the advantages achieved by the invention. After mechanical locking of the insertion body with the bristles in the toothbrush body the toothbrush is able to function.
