PURPOSE:To enable fitting of a general-purpose injection molding machine and to make an equipment inexpensive as replacement of a mold is made possible, by making a core with built-in cavities for parison molding and blow molding movable to an intermediate position and the core of the above respective objects is made turnable. CONSTITUTION:As for a stationary side A, a parison molding stationary side cavity 4 and a blow molding stationary side cavity 7 are provided in parallel with each other and as for a movable side B, a movable side cavity 5 for parison molding is provided on a position corresponding to the stationary side cavity 4 and a movable side cavity 8 for blow molding is provided on a position corresponding to the stationary side cavity 7 for the blow molding. The cavities 4, 5, 7, 8 are formed into a set. Resin is cast into a spatial part to be formed of the stationary side cavity 4, the movable side cavity 5 and a core 6 by passing through a hot runner nozzle 20 and the parison is molded. When the parison is molded, mold break of the cavity is performed and at the same time the parison molding core 6 is moved to the movable side B while it is being provided with the parison as it is. When the core 6 is positioned in the middle of the movable side and stationary side, the core 6 is turned by a rotary actuator 11 provided on a core supporting bed 19. |
