The newly invented shaving soap dispenser, which is particularly designed to provide commercial cylindrical shaving sticks with a cup with a container and a lifting mechanism to permit clean mixing of shaving lather consists of the cup, for mixing the shaving lather, and a cylindrical container which receives the shaving soap, together with a lifting mechanism by means of which the shaving soap can be removed after use. The lifting mechanism consists of the spindle with the twist button which are both fixedly connected to each other, and of the soap lifter which can be moved up or down by the spindle, by turning the twist button.
