Resting furniture, especially movable hospital bed, comprising a subframe which can be moved via rollers, and a mattress frame whose position and form are adjustable via a lever, the subframe comprising an approximately rectangular tubular frame and having vertically extending tube receptacles for steering pivots of the rollers formed by castors in the four corner regions, the four vertically extending tube receptacles for the steering pivots of the castors each being formed by one leg of a pipe bend, the four pipe bends being connected in pairs with tubes engaging on the second, horizontally extending legs of the pipe bends and extending in the transverse direction of the bed, and the four pipe bends each having receptacles for longitudinal pipes on their horizontally extending legs, the pipes extending in the longitudinal direction of the bed and each connecting two pipe bends with one another. |
