<p>In an oar boat having fixed oar housings and outriggers movable in the direction of the length of the boat, the outriggers are provided like sliding outriggers (1) which may slide without tilting forwards or backwards in a single linear guiding (11) like a slide. According to a particular arrangement, connection devices (17, 18) are arranged between the outboard segments of the sliding outriggers (1). Said connection devices may also be arranged inside the boat hull. The linear guiding (11) is substantially comprised of a shaft (12) extending in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the boat inside or outside the hull (11a). On said axis (12) are guided by sliding and/or rolling one or a plurality of suspension elements (13) connected to one or a plurality of outriggers (1).</p> |
