PURPOSE:To insolubilize harmful substances at the home position inexpensively by injecting a processing agent into object soil from a nozzle of a force feed pipe pivoting on the holding part of a boring machine when the force feed pipe is moved back and forth and agitating and mixing the soil and the agent. CONSTITUTION:When soil contaminated with harmful substances is made harmless, a force feed pipe 1 having a single or plural passages and provided with a single or plural nozzles 2 is attached to a boring machine 14, a hole is bored through soil by the force feed pipe 1 itself and the nozzle is made to reach the object soil. Or the force feed pipe 1 is inserted to the object soil by utilizing a previously bored hole. Then the powder or slurry or soln. of a processing agent is injected from the nozzle 2 when the force feed pipe 1 is moved back and forth, the object soil and the processing agent are agitated and mixed and the harmful substances are insolubilized at the home position. Consequently, materials necessary for driving a steel sheet pile into the vicinity of the contaminated soil, a large working area, etc., can be dispensed with, the operation can be carried out in a short time. |
