A fuel injection nozzle for internal combustion engines, with a needle movement sensor, which has an induction coil (30) with a coil core (36), an anchor bolt (38) connected to the needle (18) of the valve, a magnetic check element (25) surrounding the induction coil (30) on the outside and two lead wires (40, 42) which are fed through a cable channel (90) from the nozzle holder (10). The cable channel described (90) consists of a central channel section (90) arranged on the same axis as the induction coil (30) and two bores (94, 96) which lie at an obtuse angle (a) thereto, and lead out on to the periphery of the nozzle holder (10). The lead wires (40, 42) are fed through a cable feed body (44) in the region of the central cable section (92). With this arrangement, the needle movement sensor can easily be inserted in the nozzle holder (10) as a ready-made unit. The air gap is advantageously formed between tapered surfaces on the coil core (36) and anchor bolt (38), and consequently the diameter of the needle movement sensor can be made smaller than in a design with a cylindrical gap. |
