PURPOSE:To prevent the leak of the liquid in a working tank by pressing the upper and lower split sealing bodies onto a roll neck by a spring and a driving apparatus and fitting the collar plates on the both side parts of the sealing body onto the pressing plate of the side plate of the working tank. CONSTITUTION:As for a lower sealing body 11, the bottom part is pressed by the pressure of a supporting spring 13, and as for the upper sealing body 12, sealing packings 11a and 12a made of felt are closely attached onto a roll neck 1a by a driving device 19 through an arm 17. A sheet packing 20 is pressed onto the side plate 2c of a working tank by fitting the welded collar plates 11b and 12b onto the pressing plates 15 and 16 welded onto the side plate 2c of the working tank, on the both side parts of the upper and lower seals 11 and 12. Thus, working liquid 3 does not leak outside. |
