Further, the relation between the point Q and the point R on the worked surface formed onto the work 110 in correspondence with the point P of the electrode 124 is set according to the dimension on designing. Each feeding dimension in the X, Y, and Z-directions for the working feed starting from the point P to the point R is calculated by a CPU, and the electric discharge machining is carried out by the shift of the electrode 124. Thus, the working with high precision can be carried out in a short time.
