发明名称 KNEADING ROLLER LATERAL-SHAKING MECHANISM IN INK SUPPLY APPARATUS OF PRINTING PRESS
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a uniform ink film surface to a printing surface by eliminating the lateral-shaking shock of each kneading roller, by mounting a cylindrical groove cam making the central part of a kneading roller group rotatable to the outer side surface of a frame and further allowing each kneading roller to cooperate with the cylindrical groove cam through a shaking lever to freely shake the kneading roller group to the lateral direction. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical groove cam 1 has an oblique surface like groove formed thereto and is mounted to one outer side surface of a frame so as to make the central part of a kneading roller group rotatable. A drive motor is operated to rotate the cylindrical groove cam 1 through intermediate gears 7, 8. Shaking rollers 11 are successively rotated laterally through shaking levers 10 by the rotation of the cylindrical groove cam 1. When a motor other than the drive motor of a printing press main body is used as the drive motor of said cam 1, the lateral shaking of the kneading roller 11 can be arbitrarily adjusted apart from the rotation of the main body. By this method, the acceleration at the beginning of the start of each kneading roller 11 and at the final point thereof can be brought to 0 and shock generated at the time of lateral shaking can be relieved.
