PURPOSE:To aim at miniaturizing the captioned electromagnetic flow regulating device as well as to it make possible to drive a plunger with low force, by eliminating fluid flow force exerted to the plunger in the sliding direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:Plungers 6, 7 are formed in such a way as rectangularly crossing the sliding direction of plungers 6, 7 which open and close a passage with the flow direction of fluid passing through the interior of the plungers 6, 7. And, first through holes 3a, 3b passing through the plungers 6, 7 in the axial direction thereof and the second through holes 3c, 3d for intercommunicating the first through holes 3a, 3b with the closeable passage with each other. Owing to this constitution, it is possible to drive the plungers 6, 7 with low force and miniaturize the flow regulating device.
