PURPOSE:To contrive to obtain at high yield granule and powder of small and uniform diameter by providing a rotating nozzle exhausting dispersion air stream and powder and granule diffusion wings arranged inside of said rotating nozzle so as to be projected inside thereof. CONSTITUTION:Powder and granule diffusion wings 29 are provided to be fixed onto the inner wall of a rotating nozzle 28 so as to be projected in the inner direction of said nozzle 28 from its inner wall inside of said nozzle 28 and to extend along the axial direction thereof. Because the powder and granule diffusion wings 29 are arranged inside of the pivotal nozzle 28, the dispersion air stream of powder and granule moving downward with pivoting biased in layers onto the inner wall of the pivotal nozzle 28, collides with the powder and granule diffusion wings 29 inside of the pivotal nozzle 28 and is diggused inside thereof. Accordingly, from the opening of the rotating nozzle, the dispersion air stream of powder and granule is exhausted downward while swirlin at the state where the thickness D of the air stream layer of an empty cone shape is increased. Consequently, the space density of the powder and granules in the dispersion air stream is decreased, and the powder and granule are fully dispersed in low density. |
