<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an alcohol using a photosynthesis saccharide component of leaf vegetable as a raw material, by cutting thinly leaf vegetable while adding starch to it, blending it with a koji solution, yeast culture and distilled water and fermenting the blend. CONSTITUTION:Leaf vegetable (e.g., cabbage, turnip, Chinese cabbage, etc.) is made into a state of natural water content, thinly cut and ground while being blend with 2-3wt% starch. It is blended with a koji solution, yeast culture and distilled water and fermented. Vaporization of components is prevented by addition of starch and increase in humidity after drying can be prevented. Vegetables overproduced in a growing district of vegetable can be effectively treated.</p> |
