PURPOSE:To enable many kinds of fluids to be simultaneously charged up to a fine flow rate from a large flow rate in an automatic preparation apparatus of the fluid by providing both a pipeline provided with an electromagnetic flowmeter to each tank and a pipeline provided with an oval gear flowmeter and changing over these in accordance with the amount to be charged. CONSTITUTION:In an example for preparing dye, the dye which is sent out through a pipeline 3 with a pump 4 on the basis of the charge weight memorized in a microprocessor 13 is measured with an electromagnetic flowmeter 6 in case of a large flow rate and a middle or small flow rate and measured with an oval gear flowmeter 7 in case of a fine flow rate and charged in a vessel 2 via a manifold 5. After the finish of the charge, the dye is circulated through a circulation path consisting of a reflux pipe 9 and thereby the flocculation or the like is prevented. Simultaneously hot water or water of a prescribed amount is fed to the inside of the vessel while washing the manifold and the inside of the pipeline. In such a way, an automatic preparation apparatus wherein many kinds of fluids can be accurately charged simultaneously up to a large flow rate from a fine flow rate for a short period is obtained. |
