PURPOSE:To make the stabilization of the diameter and direction of liquid drop to be sprayed possible, by a method wherein resin is easily filled and can be stably formed without changing the effective length of nozzle by providing the projected part of a ring type around the nozzle hole on the nozzle base side where an ink drop is sprayed. CONSTITUTION:The projected part rib 9 of a ring type is provided around the nozzle hole on the liquid drop spraying side of nozzle. When the top of fluid which has been fluent and compressed in filling for forming reaches the rib part 9, the sectional area increases by this rib part 9. New resin keeping the fusing heat is pushed out to the top of fluid to fill up the enlarged sectional area and filled near the nozzle part. Therefore, the filling into the core pin or the like is sufficiently carried out and the roundness of nozzle hole and the security of length can be stably obtained. |
