PURPOSE:To drill a strainer hole on a casing pipe which buries a blade body with its pressing and projecting at the piston progressing time by providing a blade body projectable from a side wall on a cylinder providing an aperture port of a fluid body on one end part and by forming as well a pressing body on the tip of the piston sliding inside the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A machine body is inserted upto the aiming position into the casing pipe buried in the ground and the water is press-fitted from an aperture port 8. The pressurized water then presses a piston part 10 and progresses a main body 9 of the piston against the energizing of a spring 13. The blade body 18is then pressed by a slant part 16 of a pressure body 14, projected to the outer part than a notched part 25 against the energizing of a spring 20 and when reached a flat part 17, a tooth 21 is exposed and abutted to the casing pipe wall. The blade body 18 is then rotated to break through the pipe wall of the casing pipe. A line of strainer holes is then formed by moving the machine body by the necessary quantity along the longitudinal direction of the casing pipe.
