PURPOSE:To deliver a sheet piece by piece, by letting an upper surface of a flexible sheetlike article go up by suction, while making the upper surface opposed peripheral edge contact with a regulating body, forming it into being curved,, and pulling out the article going up to the extent of releasing the curve made by the regulating body in a parallel direction with upper and lower surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A suction plate 28 attracting a card 1 is made liftable at will between a surface position of the card 1 and an upper position of a stocker 8 by means of a lifting mechanism 29 installed in a side wall 4 and being guided by a vertical curving cam groove 35. The suction card 1 of the suction plate 28 goes up whereby longitudinally opposed peripheral edges of the top surface is pressed contact to a regulating body 42, curved in an upper convex form, the card 1 further goes up, whereby the card 1 in a lower layer is released from the curve, and a front end of the uppermost card 1 is held between both rollers 53 and 55 of a separating mechanism 52, then with rotation of these rollers 53, 54 and 55, tensile force in an almost parallel direction with the upper and lower surfaces is received, thus the card 1 is delivered out of a delivery port 62 upon separating it from the suction plate 28 in a pulling-out manner.
