In the region of the vent triangle of a motor vehicle, the hollow space formed between the outer metal plate and inner metal plate is filled with a plastics foam, thus forming an outlet trough. The plastics foam is enclosed at the top and bottom by a strand-shaped, open-pored plastics part. This plastics part lies on a vent passage leading into the outlet trough, so that air can flow through the plastics part into the outlet trough.
