PURPOSE:To obtain a desired infrared radiation distribution with simplicity and low cost by combining an infrared attenuating body attenuating infrared rays with a blackbody plate and a background plate. CONSTITUTION:The background plate 2 having a circular hole 2a with a diameter smaller then the blackbody plate 1 is provided to the front side of the circular blackbody plate 1 and the infrared attenuating body 3 for attenuating the infrared rays without 100% transmissivity of the infrared radiation is fitted between the background plate 2 and the blackbody plate 1. The infrared attenuating body 3 is formed semicircularly and is formed so as to rise toward the right side gradually as the diametrical direction extends from the left side to the right side. Then, the blackbody plate 1 is kept at 60 deg.C and the background plate 2 is kept at a room temperature and visual fields 4a-4e of a sample body are scanned in a horizontal direction by which the unbalance of left and right of the infrared radiation from the background plate 2 does not take place as seen at parts A and A'. |
