PURPOSE:To produce an easy-to-assemble flow gauge with low cost by containing a N-leaf rotor in a N-1 leaf housing where each top of leaf will contact internally while forming a guide grove for reciprocating the rotary shaft in the wall of housing. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 20 is provided with three leaf top sections 20a-c while the housing substrate 10 for containing said rotor 20 is provided with two leaf- shape sections 10a, 10b contacting liquid-tightly with said sections 20a-c. The housing substrate 10 is formed with a groove 14 in which the rotary shaft 21 of rotor 20 is fitted. Upon flowing of fluid through flow-in ports 12a, 12b formed in the casing substrate 10 to the flow-out ports 13a, 13b, the rotor 20 will rotate thus to reciprocate the rotary shaft 21 in the groove 14 wile rotating, thereby the flow can be measured through measurement of the rotation of the rotor 20.
