CONSTITUTION:The extent of reciprocal motion of a support base 11 is so secured that the measuring light l passes through the axis (x) of the reaction measuring pipe F at least once. If the measuring light l off the axis (x) of the reaction measuring pipe F is irradiated, the majority of the measuring light l is reflected irregularly, so the conversion voltage of the quantity of transmission of the measuring light l photodetected by a photodetecting element 5 is extremely low in level correspondingly. Further, when the measuring light lis irradiated while aligned with the axis (x) of the reaction measuring pipe F, the diffused reflection on the surface of the reaction measuring pipe F is small, so said conversion voltage is high in level correspondingly. For the purpose, the high-level voltage value is selected as the true analytic value to obtain accurate analytic data.
