PURPOSE:To vary only the phase without changing an output amplitude level of a unit circuit by providing a means having an impedance equal to a microstrip line and whose equivalent line length is variable to at least the said line of plural unit circuits so as to adjust the phase. CONSTITUTION:A signal enters an input terminal 10 and is outputted to an output terminal 20 through an amplifier section 12A, transmission lines 13A, 19, 13B and an amplifier section 12B. The phase shift between the input terminal 10 and the output terminal 20 is measured as to bases 14A, 14B and 18 made of the same type of material such as alumina substrate, and when the value is larger than a desired value, the line is replaced with other line where the dielectric constant of the base 18 is lowered. That is, the reduction of the dielectric constant of the base 18 means that the propagation wavelength in the transmission line 19 is made longer and the equivalent length of the transmission line 9 is changed shorter. In desiring the phase shift, the dielectric constant of the base 18 is increased conversely. In such a case, the line impedance is kept always constant, e.g., 50OMEGA.
