PURPOSE:To make the titled device thin and small by forming slits on drawing parts of a flexible wiring board and drawing out bending parts from the wiring board so that respective wiring leads are doubled. CONSTITUTION:Each slit 2ds is formed so that 8 wiring leads 9a are divided into two parts and each bending part 2 is drawn out to the outside of a case RFSs through a notched part 25 formed on the corner part of the case RFSa. Since the slits 2as-2ds are formed on the bending parts 2 and the bending parts 2 are drawn out so that respective wiring leads 9 are doubled, the notched parts of the cases RFS can be reduced in size.
