PURPOSE:To facilitate adjustment for obtaining certain circuit characteristics even after the circuit is assembled by a method wherein light sensitive elements whose electrical characteristics are varied by the application of a light are provided in a part of an input/output matching circuit so as to make the circuit parameters variable. CONSTITUTION:A microwave, inputted through an input coupling capacitor 6, is inputted to an FET 7 through a matching circuit which is constituted by strip lines 1, 2 and 3 and photoconductive films 4 and 5. This input matching circuit consists of a series line part 8 and a parallel line part 9. In the parallel line part 9, two strip lines 2 and 3 are successively coupled to the short side of the strip line 1 by the photoconductive films 4 and 5. The photoconductive films 4 and 5 show high electric resistance when a light is not applied to them and show low electric resistance when the light is applied to them. Therefore, even if there is some variation of FETs, the circuit parameters can be varied by applying or not applying the light to the light sensitive elements after the circuit is assembled and the input/output impedance can be matched.
