发明名称 STICKING MECHANISM OF DAM FOR WINDOW GLASS BY INDUSTRIAL ROBOT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To aim at the promotion of efficiency in sticking work, by attaching a hand part, which peels the backside paper of a dam to be fed under guidance by a coil spring and sticks the dam to window glass with a press roller, to an operating part of an industrial robot. CONSTITUTION:A dam aligning guide 8 and a pressure roller 9 are attached to a tip part of an operating arm of an industrial robot. The dam aligning guide 8 is provided with a guide groove commensurate to a section of the dam used, and guides the dam to be fed out of a feeding guide 13 by a coil spring 12 into a press roller 9. At a spot short of the guide 8, backside paper 2 of the fed dam is peeled, then aligned by the guide 8, and the sticking of a dam 5 is carried out at the specified position of window glass 4 by the press roller 9. Thus, not dependent upon man power, and using the industrial robot, dam sticking and attaching operations are performable in an efficient manner.</p>
