PURPOSE:To improve assembly by forming notched parts on the corner parts of a rotating magnetic field confining case and leading out connecting coils between respective coils from said notched parts to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit PFC is formed by winding coils COI consisting of four coils 20a-20d around parallel and opposed sides of a frame- like core COR made of a soft magnetic material respectively so that the coils 20a, 20b are wound around the opposed sides respectively in series through a node 21b to constituted an X coil 22a and the coils 20c, 20d are wound in series through a node 21a to constitute a Y coil 22b. The connecting coils between respective coils are led out to the outside of the case RFS through the notched parts 32, 35 formed on the case RFS and connected or passed on/ through the outside of the case RFS. Both the sides of the lower magnet body BIM are used as spaces for connection.
