PURPOSE:To obtain an analytical value which is stable for a long period of time at a high speed with high accuracy by using ceramics to form a rotor and stator to constitute an injector and decreasing the contact area of the rotor and stator including the soln. flow holes thereof. CONSTITUTION:The rotor 11 and stator 12 of the sample injector 3 are made of ceramics such as alumina and the contact thereof is decreased to decrease the tight contact resistance. Then the precision of reproducibility is of 1-4% coefft. of variation in a measuring concn. range which is equiv. to the accuracy of a wet process chemical analysis method, i.e., standard analysis method. The analytical value maintains the exactness for a long period.
