PURPOSE:To arrange easily an organic compound without producing symmetry of inversion, by successively incorporating molecules to be arranged within cyclodextrin, by joining the organic compound with cyclodextrin. CONSTITUTION:A compound composed of an organic compound joined with cyclodextrin or its derivative (one formed by etherifying or esterifying hydroxyl groups) is prepared and this compound is arranged. In this arrangement, the cyclodextrin moiety at one end of one compound incorporates with the organic compound residue of another compound; the cyclodextrin moiety of the second compound incorporates with the organic compound residue of still another compound; and this procedure is repeated to arrange the organic compound residues contiguously. To arrange the compound composed of the organic compound joined with cyclodextrin or its derivative, it is desirable to dissolve the compound in a suitable solvent. Examples of the solvents used include water, dimethyl sulfoxide, N,N-dimethylformamide, trimethyl phosphate, methanol and ethylene glycol.
